DIY Wedding Bucket
Each DIY bucket is carefully curated with your wedding or event in mind, using the best flowers the season has to offer. We will choose a variety of seasonal flowers of varying sizes and shapes along with foliage for the customer to design their own arrangements or bouquets. Each bucket contains approximately 50-65 stems, depending on their size and value. Although I can't promise certain varieties or colors, you may request color schemes. To get an idea how many stems you need for the size arrangments and bouquets you plan to make, it might be helpful to look at examples of arrangements I have posted either here on the website or on Instagram, @the_poppy_patch .
**DIY buckets are farm pick up only. To reduce damage to the flowers during transfer, a black floral bucket will be included with each purchase.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with the flowers, I will refund your money in full or replace them. Keep in mind, some flowers last a lot longer in the vase than others. Some flowers such as Dahlias which will be available later in the summer, are incredibly beautiful, but may only last 5 days in the vase. Some, however will last much longer because of the expected vase life of the variety paired with the freshness of the blooms.
Caring for your Flowers:
Caring for your flowers: Generally speaking, if flowers are cared for properly, they should last 5-7 days depending on the variety and environment. 1 Packet of flower food will be provided with each bouquet. Please follow packet instructions for the longest possible vase life, including providing new, fresh water each day, removing wilting or decaying flowers, keeping the water clear of leaves and other plant debri and keeping the blooms away from drafts and direct sunlight. It also helps to trim the stems every couple of days in order to uptake water more easily., fresh, locally grown
